Hey James,

I had not been able to race for over a year before seeing you. 

Thanks so much for being the only physio who not only got me back up and running after 3 weeks of treatment, but managed to keep me injury free for the months leading up to my first Half Ironman in Monaco where I qualified for the British World Champs in Florida. 

The hands on approach definitely works for me and you understand the stubborn mind of an athlete. 

You just need to work on your jokes :)
